Westley has been in foster for 6 months. This guy has made so much progress in that time. He went in very timid and afraid of his shadow, now he is open and playful. It’s amazing what a loving environment can do!
Here’s the latest from his foster mom:
We’ve unlocked another level of Westley in the last few weeks. He has become more open and excited to meeting new people and will now actively seek love/pets. Westley continues to demonstrate a fond love for snacks and furry friendship, even adding a girlfriend to the his life last week- sorry ladies. Westley is currently working on being adventurous, learning how to do paw, and cuddling.

How are the puppies doing?
The Animal Care Center (ACC) of St. John is located in Cruz Bay. The ACC addresses the problems of cruelty to, neglect and abuse of island animals. The shelter provides kennels for homeless dogs and inside cages for a limited number of homeless cats.
The ACC is a stable resource for the community, providing a no-kill shelter for homeless animals, a resource for animal lovers to find perfect pets, programs for island needs, and a community educational component.
We have a range of volunteering activities that we would love for you to participate in.
